Terms and Conditions – MB Studio by RD

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, services, and transactions provided by MB Studio by RD (“Photographer,” “we,” “our”) to clients (“Client,” “you”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Services Provided

We provide professional photography and videography services, including but not limited to:

  • Weddings, birthdays, celebrations, and other events
  • Videography and drone videography
  • Editing, retouching, and delivery of photographs and videos

Every service is custom-priced based on:

  • Number of photographs/videos
  • Duration of the event
  • Location and travel requirements
  • Equipment/technical needs
  • Number of people and complexity of the event

All bookings are discussed individually via Zoom or Google Meet, and a written agreement will be provided for signature prior to any payment.


2. Booking and Payments

  1. A deposit of 50% the total amount is required to reserve your event date.
  2. Final payment is due after delivery of the deliverables (photographs/videos), unless otherwise agreed in the agreement signed prior.
  3. Payments are accepted via Stripe, including all major credit/debit cards or bank transfers.
  4. Cash payments are not accepted.

3. Refund Policy

  1. No refunds are provided once services have been performed, meaning photographs or videos have been taken.
  2. Refunds may only be provided before any deliverables are produced.
  3. Refund requests must be made at least fifteen (15) days prior to the event; after this date, the deposit is non-refundable, as the date has been reserved.
  4. Deliverables will be sent via WeTransfer, and it is the client’s responsibility to download all files within WeTransfer’s availability period (7 days for free accounts, 21 days for paid accounts).
  5. Requests for additional services outside the original agreement (e.g., extra photographs/videos) may incur additional charges.
  6. Stripe and Refunds Clause: All clients agree that disputes or chargebacks will be resolved under these Terms. In cases where deliverables have been provided, no chargebacks or refunds are permitted except where legally required.

4. Editing and Selection of Photographs

  1. Depending on the package selected, unedited photographs will be provided for client selection.
  2. Clients are expected to choose the agreed number of photos for full editing.
  3. Any additional images selected beyond the agreed number are subject to extra fees, as outlined in the signed agreement.

5. Event Cancellation and Force Majeure

  1. We are not responsible for event cancellations due to weather, client change of plans, or other non-force majeure circumstances.
  2. Events canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other uncontrollable events) may be eligible for:
    • Partial refund of the deposit, or
    • Rescheduling to an alternate date, at our discretion.
  3. Requests for rescheduling or refunds due to force majeure must be documented in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All photographs, videos, and edited content remain the intellectual property of the Photographer.
  2. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, personal use license to use the deliverables for private purposes only.
  3. Commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. We take every reasonable measure to ensure the quality of deliverables; however, we are not liable for:
    • Loss or damage to data after delivery
    • Client failure to download WeTransfer files in time
    • Events beyond our control (weather, cancellations, technical failures)
  2. Our total liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid by the client for that service.

8. Client Responsibilities

  1. Provide accurate event details and locations in advance.
  2. Ensure all necessary permissions for photography and videography are granted.
  3. Download all deliverables from WeTransfer within the specified availability period.
  4. Respond promptly to requests for selections of photos/videos.
  5. All requests, questions, or correspondence regarding bookings, changes, or cancellations must be sent exclusively to our official email: zydrunas.studiobyrd@gmail.com


9. Privacy / Data Handling

  • Client data, media, and deliverables will be handled securely.
  • We use trusted platforms (e.g., WeTransfer) to transmit files.
  • We will not share client data or media with third parties without explicit consent, except as required for service delivery.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Vilnius, Lithuania.


11. Agreement Acknowledgment

By paying a deposit and signing the service agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
